"The Evolution of Demographics in Business"
Sandra E. Lopez is an esteemed Technology Visionary Leader, recognized for her contributions to establishing new businesses and leading the digital transformation of businesses. Currently, Lopez provides strategic growth and digital transformation advice to companies. She also serves on the Board of Directors for PureRed and Junior Achievement, while concurrently holding the position of Co-Chair for the Sports Integrity Global Alliance.
Her distinguished career includes GM/CMO of Microsoft’s Ads business, where she played a pivotal role in propelling market acceleration within the digital industry. Furthermore, Lopez has contributed to global discussions on emerging technologies as the former Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on VR/AR/XR.
Previously, she was responsible for ushering Intel into the immersive media segment as well as managed the wearable business for Intel’s New Technology Group. Earlier in her Intel career, Lopez held various roles within corporate marketing, including director of B2B and consumer marketing for companies that include Adobe, Macromedia, Computer Associates, etc.
Over the course of her career, Lopez has received numerous recognitions, including “Top 100 Women in Technology” (Technology Magazine), “Most Powerful Women in Tech” (National Diversity Council), “Top Women in Sports” (AdWeek), “Top 10 Latina Executives” (LatinaStyle), “Most Influential and Notable Hispanic Professionals in Information Technology” (HiTec).
Prior to joining Intel in 2005, Lopez held various positions at Adobe Systems Inc., Macromedia, Computer Associates International Inc. and several other technology companies.
Lopez earned a B.S. in Economics and Textiles and Clothing from the University of California at Davis. In addition, she attended the Stanford’s Executive Accelerator Program in 2016. As part of contributing to the community, she is focused on building the next generation of women leaders and Latine/Hispanics.

"Being an Informed Voter"
LaQuita Howard is a creative communicator with over 10 years of experience in public relations and marketing. She currently serves as the marketing manager for the League of Women Voters, leading the League’s in-house paid marketing and overseeing brand management. In 2023 she was honored in Ragan PR Daily’s Class of 2023 Top Women in Marketing for her work on the League’s VOTE411 campaign ahead of the 2022 Midterm Elections.
The Texas native moved to DC to attend the illustrious Howard University, where she earned a degree in advertising. She is the current president of Ad 2 DC.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and dancing in the mirror. Her hobbies include creating, music, and yoga.

Craig Brooks is the Founder and CEO of Forae Factory, a creative agency based in Austin, Texas. With experience working on global brands including Michelob ULTRA, Bud Light Seltzer, Kraft Heinz, and Crunch Fitness, Craig’s portfolio of work has impressive reach across the country. After many years of collaboration with Fortune 500 chief marketers and strategists, it became an imperative space for Craig to create and elevate the importance of creative diversity. His work today with global executives is focused on increasing the representation of minorities and diverse thinkers in the work of tomorrow.
